• Make timely decisions when required

Delays caused by missing information or lack of participation may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

• Fees are outlined in individual proposals or agreements

• All payments are due as specified and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

• Late payments may result in paused services

Tideline reserves the right to revise pricing for future engagements.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, content, and methodologies provided by Tideline remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use delivered materials internally within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or with written consent.

This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tideline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Tideline for the specific service giving rise to the claim

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable agreement. Outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

You agree not to:
